Teaching Practice Week 1 ( Phase 2)

 Teaching practice reflection day 1 to day 3 (14/06/2023 to 16/06/2023)

Our teaching practice started at June 14 and the school I selected was Mount TaborGirlsHighSchoolPathanapuram. 


On June 14  at 9:00 am I reached  the School and I got timetable from respective teacher .The Head master Sunil Varghese Sir welcomed us and told various rules and regulations of the school to be followed by us. My mentor teacher was  Susan Varghese Teacher

The class allotted for me was  8 D,  First day I got class on 8 D and I took lesson plan 1 on the topic One Angle and Two Sides(Equal Triangles). It was a good experience as my mentor teacher and the students were supportive and cooperative. 


On 15/06/2032, I got 3rd period for 8 D. I took the lesson plan 2 of problems  related to Two sides and an angle. Also I got substitution period in 7F and I gave various activities to students.

On 16/06/2023, I got 2nd period and I introduced new topic ' one side and two angles'. I got substitution period in 7F and I gave various activities to students.


I had a great experience this week. I took problematic sections as well as concept teaching section. Used various teaching aids like charts , activity cards . Students were interactive and supportive in the class. Most of the students participated in all activities of the class .My mentor teacher  attended my classes and gave me proper advices . Over all it was nice experience for me.

  (4/1/2023 to 7/1/2023) My teaching practice of fourth week after the university examination break started from 4/1/2023 (wednesday) to 7/1/2023 (Saturday).  On my first day I along with my friends met Headmaster of Mount Tabor Girls High School Pathanapuram and submitted our attendance register book. I got one class per day in the first 4 days.  On 4/1/2023 I got 3rd period in 8B.I took the chapter 8 'Area Of Quadrilaterals'.  On 5/1/2023 I got 5th Period and I continued my topics.  On 6/1/2023 I got 6th period. I continued the subtopic parallelogram of chapter 8. Also I took a yoga class for 8 Bstudents. I taught 2 aasanas- _Tadasana and Vrikshasana _____ ___ On 7/1/2023 the time table followed was of monday. I got 5th period and I completed the subtopic parallelogram.
